I’m Nicole, the founder of Elm. I believe beauty should feel like pouring into your cup . My work and offerings have my fingerprints and heart woven in.
Intentional connection, thoughtful ingredients, and holding space for women to feel seen and restored is the misson.
After years of leading a downtown salon,
a not so subtle nudge, prompted a pivot.
I dreamt of natural light, singing birds and a space to serve folks that reminded them that solace lives deep within.
Hungry to rewrite what the beauty industry taught about being fast and efficient. Learning about clean products, recycling our waste and how our bodies are sharing notes about our health through the scalp and hair. It all lent itself to yearning for my career to feel like a slow-thoughtful, yes.
With a little help from the nature around us, doing hair feels like just another language of love.
This space feels like something delivered straight from our highest self.
